The design, text, graphics, code and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Muhammad Shahbaz and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

Project screenshots and client names shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to document work delivered.

Services and quotations

Any service described on the Site is subject to a separate agreement. A quotation becomes binding only once it has been issued in writing and accepted by both parties. Scope, timeline, deliverables and payment terms are set out in that agreement, not on this Site.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, advertising performance and traffic outcomes depend on factors outside my control, including competitor activity, platform algorithm changes and your own market conditions. Past results described in the portfolio do not guarantee comparable results for any other project. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of specific rankings, revenue or return on investment.

The Site links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services for analytics and form handling. Those sites and services operate under their own terms and policies, and I am not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
